I was lucky to see some awesome cactus when in Sask this summer. The first four photos are of Opuntia polyacantha I believe...

Escobaria vivipara (I presume) - not quite ready to flower for me... A real beauty though

With these sightings, I completed the "cactus slam" for Canada (all four species) - the other in Osoyoos, BC + that regular stuff down at Pelee!
