Moths



A few cool moths from my spring field work season.... I've yet to get a copy of the new Peterson Moth Guide - thanks to David Beadle and Seabrooke Leckie... Do you have a copy?







Imperial Moth - I presume?

    These are pretty cool, I've never seen a single one of these... although never really looked for moths either, I guess. Where were they taken?

      Most were along the Georgian Bay shore... I find leaving the light on overnight when it's above average temps/humid is a great way to see them...

      Then the birds are happy in the morning as well...
