Non stop southerly flow for days may actually be paying dividends...
I'm not really making any predictions here.. Just watching what has been reported and looking at the wind map.. I might even do something crazy tomorrow (go birding for a bit)...

Long story short - Wisconsin is KICKING OUR BACKSIDE on ebird.. Although I just figured out that Alaska's score is 57.91 - so they really are as well (but are they Alaskan birders?!) Anyways..
If you haven't signed up for ebird yet, you should! It really is rather awesome...
Good point, Brandon. We are kicking your backside ;)
ReplyDeleteWisconsin has a really strong eBird presence that is being promoted through the WI Department of Natural Resources, several NGOs, Madison Audubon, and the Wisconsin Society for Ornithology. Coming from New Jersey, where eBird use has been grass-roots until recently, it was amazing to see how much Wisconsin has pushed it as an agenda. Keep beating the drum up there in Ontario! You're doing a great job so far.
Good Birding
