White Wagtail in Michigan.. Minutes from Ontario?

Just read this on the Mich-listers forum:

Adam Byrne just called. He found a White Wagtail at Pte Mouillee at 8:30am this 
morning. saturday 9 April. The bird was initially in Cell 3. He lost it and 
then refound it in the south central portion of Vermet around 9:30 AM at last 
word. 


This is all the info i have at this time.

If i'm not mistaken, this is the 3rd provincial record for "White Wagtail" (Black-backed Wagtail has recently been lumped back with White Wagtail)... And its only minutes from Ontario!!! (Where we have no records)
What a bird !!!!

Things are starting to happen!!! We will be on the verge of all-heck breaking loose in 2 weeks!
