Sanderling - 1 


BUT HEY.... At least we know that Jaegers await :)

--- hasn't been a drought like this since the great dust bowl of the great depression in the 30's? Doesn't really feel allll that bad here in Ontario ;) ... but hopefully we DO get some herons at the very least :)

  1. That would be why I didn't see you there (didn't get there til 1100 ish). Totaly migrants in 2 hrs of lakewatching for me: zilch.

    Highlight was probably Double-crested Cormorant, maybe Ring-billed Gull.

    1. haha yep... There's a reason why people don't usually go the beach this time of year.. Although if you're crazy (and/or doing a big year), it's worth a few hours right?
